VOIP Systems Engineer

  • Must have experience with Cisco Call Manager, Unity Voicemail, and Voice over IP (VoIP) architecture
  • Strong networking experience with Cisco routers and switches, LAN/WAN technologies, QoS, and IP troubleshooting required
  • Experience with Avaya voice, Nortel VoIP, PBX, and call center solutions preferred
  • Experience with one or more VoIP monitoring solutions preferred
  • CCIE or CCNP preferred
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's and 4+ years of directly related experience
  • Contributes to the development of new theories and methods
  • Employs advanced knowledge as a generalist or specialist of programming and systems analysis and related applications
