VOIP Systems Engineer
- Must have experience with Cisco Call Manager, Unity Voicemail, and Voice over IP (VoIP) architecture
- Strong networking experience with Cisco routers and switches, LAN/WAN technologies, QoS, and IP troubleshooting required
- Experience with Avaya voice, Nortel VoIP, PBX, and call center solutions preferred
- Experience with one or more VoIP monitoring solutions preferred
- CCIE or CCNP preferred
- Typically requires a Bachelor's and 4+ years of directly related experience
- Contributes to the development of new theories and methods Employs advanced knowledge as a generalist or specialist of programming and systems analysis and related applications
